CAN MY RING BE RE-SIZED? 

We cannot resize. As the rings have hand formed plated bands with heat-sensitive raw stones, they cannot be adjusted. It may damage the stones or plating. 

CAN YOU REPAIR MY JEWELLERY?

Items purchased with Oggie & Co have a 30 day warranty. We offer to repair items for free, and even re-plate your items for free within the first 30 days of receipt.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING? 

Shipping rates are calculated by weight & location at checkout. Feel free to add the items to your shopping cart to view accurate rates!

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY 

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be made. Once the item is shipped it will take 2-5 days (allow for further delays due to coronavirus). 

International postage takes 5-14 days depending on the country. 

WHAT CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES CAN I EXPECT?

Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering. We are not responsible for customs delays. We do not reimburse shipping fees due to customs delays.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. CAN YOU UPDATE IT?

Prior to shipment, we are able to update shipping addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Please make sure to supply a correct shipping address at checkout. If we receive the package back, we will contact you at the email address provided in order to arrange reshipment.

CAN I GET FASTER PRODUCTION? 

Yes you can, if you need an item by a certain date, please message and we can come to an arrangement. 

CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE WITH MY ORDER? 

Of course! Just add your note in the comments section at checkout. It will be handwritten, so please keep it short and sweet!

CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED? 

There is a 24 hour cancellation window once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, after that time frame, we are not able to change or cancel your order, as we're now busy handcrafting or shipping your order.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS 

We want you to love your jewellery in every way! If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange or store credit—we would be happy to help you with this! We just ask that you cover shipping costs.

Items must be returned within 14 days in new condition with their original packaging before any credit is issued or exchange made. If the item is not in original condition or has been altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because each piece of jewellery is individually handmade to order, we do not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges/store credit for custom pieces at this time. This policy allows us to offer all custom sizes so we are not restricted to carrying standard only. This also allows for customization and to ensure your ring is perfect in every way.
